Art Journal — #DrawMyDay
I’m starting a vlog/art journal series! I brought my camera with me on a night out with friends who were visiting from out of town. It was a cold and drizzly evening in Pittsburgh, but we were warmed up by delicious ramen, good company, and drinks that went down way too easily.
Afterward, I dug up an old watercolor sketchbook that I made ages ago, and created a little spread about the three places we went. I've loved journalling ever since I was very young, so I'm prioritizing journalling in my daily life again. Adding an artistic element to journalling will hopefully help me meet my goal of practicing art everyday.
The best thing about journalling is that there are no rules. You can set up a routine or you can just write and create whenever you feel like it. You can scribble out a few words one day, or write pages and pages and pages.
