Shop Update: Camera Stickers Now Available on Etsy!

When we first moved into our hundred year old house in Pittsburgh, we found a box tucked away in an old staircase-turned-closet (it's a really wacky house). Inside the box was several vintage cameras, from an old Olympus to a Polaroid land camera. I don't think any of them work anymore, but ever since I studied Andy Warhol's film and photography techniques for work, I have loved the aesthetic of vintage cameras.

Since it has been so long since I drew or painted anything, I felt very rusty. Whenever I feel a case of artist block, I get back into the game by drawing something that feels familiar to me to boost my confidence. I've always been pretty good at drawing objects, so I decided to paint several vintage cameras.

I love how they turned out, and several folks on Instagram thought so too, suggesting that I turn them into stickers! Of course, I obliged, and they are now available in my Etsy shop, either as a full sticker sheet or half sticker sheet.

I also have brush lettered months stickers to match the days of the week stickers. They are available in a large or small size. This one has been a long time coming. I don't know why I didn't release this sooner. Procrastination, I guess!

By the way, it's day four of my birthday sale, and I am so grateful for everyone who has ordered something from my shop! I gave my business cards and thank you coupons and spring makeover using my bright floral watercolor art. It's given my mailing station a pop of color that I love!

That's it for my shop update. Until next time, happy journaling!
