Practicing Gratitude in My PleaseNotes Journal

If you’ve been following me for a while, you might have noticed that I regularly self-affirm at the end of every month in my daily journal to take a moment and reflect on my accomplishments. When Please Notes reached out to me to see if I wanted to try their PleaseNotes Hustle Kit, I knew I would love their concept of guided affirmation!

The PleaseNotes line is designed for those who are ready to start something new, but might not be sure on what first steps to take.  The different journals and kits are grounded in Personal Growth Principles and help you reconnect with your personal power, value your gifts and fuel you to go after what you want.

The PleaseNotes journal is their signature item. This was the first guided journal I’ve ever tried, so I was unsure of how it was going to go!

The HustleKit includes the guided affirmation journal, sticky notes, a mirror decal, a “label of love” water bottle sticker, a pen, and the #HustleOn guide, a list of four practices to keep you on your game. This kit is definitely geared toward HUSTLERS—and as a self-employed entrepreneur who is constantly working, I vibe with the positive and uplifting  exercises in this kit.

The journal starts off with some “Journal Juice,” a workbook of sorts that helps you get your feet wet with guided journaling. PleaseNotes even has a free downloable Journal Juice Guide that you can print as many times as you want!

It’s going to be a fun new experience using a guided journal like this one versus my usual unstructured journals. Sometimes when I just don’t know what to write about, it’s nice to have a prompt. The positivity on every page is also very uplifting, and I can turn to this journal when I’m feeling a bit down on myself.

Here is my video review of the Hustle Kit:

I hope y’all found this little peek inside the HustleKit helpful. I’m going to be using this as a way to continually practice self-affirmation and build up my self worth, so keep a lookout for more posts!
