Thank you for your interest in partnering with us. Please follow the steps below when placing a wholesale order to make sure your account, pricing, packaging, and shipping are all set up correctly.

1. Set Up Your Wholesale Account

Before placing your first wholesale order, please provide us with the email address you would like to use for your wholesale account. 

Our team will set up wholesale access on the customer account associated with that email address.

Please use this same email address when creating and logging into your account.

Already have an account?

If you already have a Sarica Studio customer account, please let us know the email address associated with it so we can make sure wholesale access is added to the correct account.

Important: Wholesale pricing will only appear when you are logged into the customer account that has wholesale access.

2. Log In Before Shopping

Once your wholesale account has been set up, log in before adding products to your cart.

After logging in, your eligible wholesale pricing will be applied automatically.

No discount code is required.

If you are seeing regular retail pricing, make sure you are logged into the correct account.

3. Add Your Products to Your Cart

Shop the website normally and add the products and quantities you would like to purchase.

Your wholesale pricing will automatically apply to eligible products in the cart once you are logged into your wholesale account.

You can add different sticker sizes and product types to the same order. 

Combined notebook quantities: Certain notebook styles can be combined when calculating wholesale order quantities and discount tiers:

• Standard Traveler's Notebooks with Designs and Standard Traveler's Notebooks without Designs count toward the same combined quantity.
• Passport Traveler's Notebooks with Designs and Passport Traveler's Notebooks without Designs also count toward the same combined quantity.
• Example: If you order 40 Standard Traveler's Notebooks with Designs and 10 Standard Traveler's Notebooks without Designs, the combined quantity is 50. Both product types qualify for the applicable 35% wholesale discount tier.

4. Choose Your Packaging

Once you've added your products, open your cart and look for the Wholesale Packaging section. Choose the option that works best for your order:

• Regular Bags + Backing Cards: Each eligible sticker sheet will be individually packed in a regular bag with a backing card.
• Hanging Bags + Backing Cards: Each eligible sticker sheet will be individually packed in a hanging bag with a backing card.
• No Bags/Cards: Your sticker sheets will be packed together rather than individually bagged with backing cards. Don't worry—they will still be safely packed with protective plastic wrapping to help keep them safe during shipping.

Important: Your packaging choice applies to your entire order.

Your selection applies to all eligible sticker sheets in your cart, not individual sticker types or products.

For example, if your order contains both 3x4 and 3x7 sticker sheets, choosing Hanging Bags + Backing Cards means each eligible sheet of both sizes will receive that packaging.

You cannot choose regular bags for one sticker size and hanging bags for another within the same order.

5. Packaging Quantities Update Automatically

You don't need to add packaging products or calculate quantities yourself. The website automatically adjusts packaging quantities to match the number of eligible sticker sheets in your cart.

• If you choose regular or hanging bags with backing cards, the packaging quantities reflect the eligible sheets being individually packed.
• If you choose No Bags/Cards, no individual bags or backing cards are included, and your sheets will be packed together with protective plastic wrapping.

If you add, remove, or change the quantity of eligible sticker sheets, the packaging quantities will update automatically.

6. Review Your Order Carefully at Checkout 

Before placing your order, please take a moment to review the packaging quantities shown at checkout.

Packaging may appear as separate items at checkout, such as:

Wholesale Packaging - 3x4
Wholesale Packaging - 3x7

These items are $0.00 and are included automatically to ensure your order is packaged according to your selected preference.

Why do packaging items appear at checkout?

The packaging items are used to account for the actual weight of your chosen packaging, which helps calculate the appropriate shipping rate for your order.

Because of this, the packaging quantities shown at checkout should correspond to the eligible sticker quantities in your order.

Please make sure the packaging quantities look correct before completing your purchase.

7. Check Your Shipping Rate

Your selected packaging can affect the total shipment weight and therefore the shipping cost.

For example, choosing No Bags/Cards will generally result in less shipment weight than choosing a bag-and-card option.

Review the available shipping rate at checkout before placing your order.

Wholesale Policies, Shipping & Additional Information

Please review the following information before placing your wholesale order.

Shipping & International Orders

• Certificate of origin: If a certificate of origin is required for your order, an additional fee may be added to your shipping estimate to cover the cost of processing the document.
• Product origins: Notebooks and clear notebook covers are manufactured in China. Stickers are manufactured in the United States. All orders are shipped from the United States.
• Customs, duties, and import fees: International orders may incur duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, and other import-related fees. These charges are the responsibility of the wholesale customer.
• Currency: All prices and dollar amounts are listed in US dollars (USD).
• Discount exclusions: Wholesale orders cannot be combined with discount codes, sales, or other special offers. The invoiced wholesale price is final.

8. Complete Your Order

Once you have confirmed:

• Your wholesale pricing is showing correctly
• Your products and quantities are correct
• Your packaging selection is correct
• Your packaging quantities look correct at checkout
• Your shipping rate is correct
