preorder policy

PREORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Preorder Reservation:

By placing a preorder for the notebook product(s), you acknowledge and agree that this is a reservation to secure a unit of the product before its official release.

2. Payment:

Payment for the preorder will be charged immediately upon placement of the order. This payment is non-refundable unless the product becomes unavailable or the order is canceled by the customer within the specified cancellation period.

3. Product Availability:

Preorder availability is limited and will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not guarantee the availability of the product and reserve the right to cancel preorders or limit quantities at our discretion.

4. Release Date:

The estimated release date for the notebook product is provided for informational purposes only and is subject to change. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we are not liable for any inconvenience caused.

5. Cancellation:

A cancellation period will be available up to 14 days prior to the Release Date. Preorders may be canceled within the cancellation period. After this period, cancellations may not be possible, and the payment becomes non-refundable. The cancellation period may be subject to change if delays occur in the Release Date.

6. Combining Preorder Items and Non-preorder Items:

Creating an order with preorder items and non-preorder items will result in the order shipping on the shipping date of the preorder item(s). To receive non-preorder items prior to the shipping date of the preorder item(s), please create separate transactions for non-preorder items and preorder items. Creating separate transactions may also increase shipping costs.

7. Shipping and Delivery:

Shipping dates are approximate and may be subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to inform customers of any delays. Shipping costs and delivery times will be communicated during the checkout process.

8. Product Specifications:

The specifications and features of the notebook product are subject to change without prior notice. We strive to provide accurate information, but variations may occur.
